Feed Grade (50 g./lb.)
Antibiotic: Oxtetracycline-based feed additive containing 100 grams active ingredient per pound. Non-active ingredients are roughable products, calcium carbonate and soybean oil. Terramycin has been shown to be highly effective against a wide variety of gram negative bacterial diseases in slamonids and catfish. Recommended for catfish for control of Aeromonas liquefaciens (causing bacterial hemorrhagic septicemia) and Pseudomoas sp. Indicated for use on salmoniods for control of Haemophilus piscium (ulcer disease), Aeromonas salmonicida (Furunculosis), Aeromonas liquefaciens (bacterial hemorrhagic septicemia) and Pseudomonas sp.
Application: 2.5 - 3.75 grams active product/100lbs of fish and application should be continuous for 10 days. Amount of Terramycin required is dependent on feed conversion ratios. At 3% FCR, add 25 pounds Terramycin per ton of feed to achieve 3.75 g activity per 100lbs of fish. |
