General Farm Chemicals: SHIP-SHAPE

3-1/2 grams treats 13 gallons

Ship-Shape is a dry, powder chemical mixture containing agents which control ammonia accumulation, inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, replace lost or damaged skin-slime, and to generally reduce stress among transported freshwater and marine fishes and invertebrates. Unlike the Ship-Shape FW (for freshwater) and Ship-Shape SW (for saltwater) Ship-Shape does not contain any physiologically active electrolytes or buffers. This allows it to be used where electrolytes and/or buffering are not needed.

The ammonia control, NH3, is provided by a patented process (covered by U.S. and Foreign Patents). Pathogens are inhibited with the proven and thoroughly tested antibotic, nemycin, and skin-slime replacement is accomplished with a proprietary, synthetic polymers.

This product is not approved, in the U.S., for use in water used to transport live fishes or invertebrates intended for human consumption. This product is intended for use only in water used for transporting aquarium, research and display fishes and invertebrates.
