Protozacide (Algeacide): Copper Sulfate has been used for control of ectroparasites in pond culture of catfish as well as other varieties of finfish. Toxicity of species is greatly enhanced in water of low hardness. In using Copper Sulfate, measure hardness first and calculate amount of Copper necessary to satisfy the hardness (carbonat) demand before applying. |
